Your Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer (an individual making a purchase for purposes unrelated to your professional activity), you have the right to cancel the contract entered into on this website, without having to provide any reason, within 14 calendar days.

The period begins:

• for goods, from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the last item ordered;
• for services, effective the date the contract is concluded.

How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

You can exercise your right of withdrawal in two ways, both of which are equivalent:

1. Online Cancellation Feature You can cancel your order directly using the dedicated feature in your personal account under “My Orders”: simply click the “Cancel Order” button next to the order in question and confirm your request. You will automatically receive a confirmation of receipt via email, indicating the date and time the request was submitted.

2. Withdrawal Form Alternatively, you can fill out the withdrawal form available at the bottom of this page and send it to:

or notify us of your decision by sending an explicit statement to that effect via any other means. In this case, to meet the deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notice before the 14-day period expires.

Return of the Item

If you withdraw from the contract, you must return the item without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal, to the following address:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

You are liable for any decrease in the value of the item resulting from handling that goes beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality.

Refund

If you cancel your order, we will refund all payments received, including shipping costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a shipping method other than the standard one we offer), without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the day we are notified of your decision to withdraw.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise, and in any case at no additional cost to you.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, or until we have received proof that the item has been returned, whichever occurs first.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply, among other things, in the following cases (Art. 59 of the Consumer Code):

• goods that are custom-made or clearly personalized;
• goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly;
• sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons if opened after delivery;
• goods that, after delivery, are found to be inseparably mixed with other goods;
• digital content provided on a non-tangible medium, if performance has begun with your express consent and your informed acceptance of the loss of the right of withdrawal;
• services that have been fully performed, if the performance began with your express consent and your informed acceptance that you would lose your right of withdrawal once the contract had been fully performed.
